JAS P Wilson has relocated staff to a new showroom, parts building and office in Dalbeattie.
This modern, purpose-built facility is situated on the same site existing customers will know very well (on the coast road, DG5 4QU). However, the position of the offices has now moved to take the team, and any visitors, much closer to the action, in between the Botex Factory and Jas P Wilson’s firewood and forestry workshops.
This new facility has now brought the team together in an open-plan, customer-focused space to help improve the service they can offer new and existing customers.
The consolidation of various departments will have many benefits, such as an improved visitor experience in the new hospitality area (dubbed ‘The Saw Bar’), and the option for demonstrations under cover in the showrooms, to name a few.
Stockholding facilities onsite have also increased for both machinery and parts, resulting in a better choice for customers at all times.
The team at Jas P Wilson would like to let everyone know the doors are now open, and the team looks forward to showing any interested individuals or businesses around the site. Although many of the new areas are still in development, there is plenty to see.
The team are discussing plans for next year, and hope to host various customer events, which will be announced soon.
