NORBERT Kovacs has joined Pryor and Rickett’s south-west England team.

Norbert, originally from Hungary, is a chartered forester with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He initially managed woodland properties and contracts in the south of England, then, following a brief period in Scotland, he widened his GIS expertise developing tree survey software and a database in Bristol. More recently Norbert successfully introduced active woodland management for a wide range of military establishments (through the creation of management plans) covering the southern half of the country, working on a large MOD contract.

Commenting on the appointment, Graham Taylor MBE said: “Norbert brings great technical knowledge to an already strong team in southern England. Delivering forest management to the highest silvicultural standard is at the core of our business, and Norbert’s expertise in this area supports the ongoing expansion of our client base throughout this region.”
