VEHICLE-MOUNTED platform company Versalift UK (VUK) has appointed Derek Murdoch as service manager to oversee all service and aftersales activities.

Murdoch joins the company with over 35 years of service experience, including a significant number at Alimak Hek Group as EMEA business segment manager offshore.

Murdoch will report to Neil Ashton, product support manager for VUK, taking responsibility for the management of Versalift’s service department and team of field and workshop engineers.

Speaking on his new role, Derek Murdoch said: “I am delighted to be joining the VUK family as service manager. I’ve joined a great team and a premium brand at Versalift and I am confident I can bring my experience to the role and look forward to making a positive impact.”
