ONE of the UK's leading forestry firms is recruiting for a senior position - as it strives to meet an "expanding work programme".

Scottish Woodlands is looking for a forest manager to work out of Fenwick in the South West of Scotland.


Job advert description

Due to increasing activities and expanding work programme in our Fenwick office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for Forestry.

We are looking for someone who will complement our dynamic team and be able to contribute using their relevant skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of forest and woodland management, woodland creation, estate management, liaison directly with a range of clients & stakeholders, preparation and management of budgets, delivering forest plans as well as supporting others within both the management and harvesting teams.

Whilst we are advertising for a Forest Manager, we’d encourage more experienced individuals to apply if they are keen to work for one of the UK’s leading forestry companies.
