Grade & Salary: 5, £30,120 rising to £33,383 over four years

Role Purpose

• Have delegated responsibility for managing commercial, predominantly renewable energy, lease agreements during the operational phase of developments either on or passing through NRW managed land.
• Act as the point of contact for the planning of all site-based activities and operations within the defined area of the commercial projects for both NRW and Commercial developers.
• Manage, implement and promote relevant terms of the commercial lease/contract agreements and maintain, review and enforce delivery of applicable Principal Method Statements/Safe Systems of Work.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of working across a wide range of land management disciplines. (Desirable)
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills (Essential)
• Experience of managing relationships with stakeholders/partners (Essential)
• Experience of commercial developments (Desirable)
• Experience of contract management (Essential)
• Knowledge and experience of all aspects of forest practise, including land liabilities, forest planning, forest operations and recreation asset management. (Desirable).
• Knowledge of sustainable management of natural resources, UKWAS and forest standards. (Desirable)
• Experience of community liaison and public engagement activities (Desirable)
