TEAM MEMBER (FORESTRY ENGINEERING)


Location: Flexible
Grade & Salary: Grade 4 - £26,474 rising to £30,086 over three years
Post number: 201083
Type of contract: Permanent
Work pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week

Role Purpose

•The role is to assist the senior colleagues in achieving Natural Resources Wales’ policy and targets in Wales, through the supervision of NRW and contract resources.

Assist in the planning of upcoming works required to meet stakeholder’s expectations and in monitoring construction of these programmes, which are delivered via the NRW civil engineering framework.


Qualifications and Skills

An experienced site supervisor, you will be contributing to the delivery of the forest engineering programmes.

You will assist with the planning and supervision of civil engineering projects delivered by the Integrated Engineering team in the Welsh Government Woodland Estate.

You will support senior staff in undertaking inspections of forestry infrastructure.
