The Windsor Estate is a part of The Crown Estate, a real estate business specialising in commercial property in central London, prime regional retail and offshore wind. The Windsor Estate covers approximately 6,400 hectares (15,800 acres) and includes Windsor Great Park, the Home Park of Windsor Castle, extensive forests and around 1000 built structures including 650 residential and 150 commercial properties, bridges, statues, golf courses and let farms.

We are currently looking for a Tractor and Machinery Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of maintenance activities using various kit to assist the team in delivering the highest standards of landscape maintenance.

The successful candidate must have, previous experience of land based tractor operations and at least 3 years’ experience of operating plant machinery in Parkland/Forestry conditions. Demonstrable experience and understanding of land based health and safety practices and a sound knowledge and understanding of engines, machinery and hydraulics. A full clean driving licence will be required.

A team player, candidates must be able to demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative, attention to detail and an adaptable and flexible approach.

This is a full time role of 40hrs per week Monday to Friday (0730hrs to 1630hrs) with occasional weekend requirements.
