Woodland Consultant - £24k - £43k

We are a long established professional practice providing our clients with a complete woodland design and management, forestry and arboricultural service. We place much emphasis on personal development, environmental integrity, quality project implementation and customer care. We now seek to recruit a professional to join our team at Dollar located by the picturesque Ochil Hills in Central Scotland.

Duties are varied, depending on your expertise, including farm, estate and investment forestry; woodland design and creation; grant applications; native woodland restoration; quality silviculture; timber harvesting and marketing; arboricultural advice; tree inspections and BS 5837 Tree Survey Reports; landscape design; tree planting projects; and contract/project management. Important tasks will also include GIS mapping and writing detailed but concise management plans and reports. We offer excellent career opportunities.
